Here is how it works!

  1. Make an introduction – this can be a meeting, a group call, an email, whatever you like, to show that this is a warm introduction.
  2. We will find a time to go through the property management experience thoroughly with your client.
  3. If WE handle the up-front listing, marketing, applications, and leasing process, we will award you the $500 or the renter’s agent co-op fee, whichever is HIGHER! Generally, we set a co-op fee of 30% of a month’s rent.
  4. If YOU handle the up-front listing, marketing, applications, and leasing process, we will award you an amount equal to 2 months’ property management fees, not to exceed $500.
  5. Once our client has completed a Property Management Agreement and a tenant is secured, we will send out the Award to your Brokerage on your behalf.
