We're Jet Renovation, a roofing company, and we recently completed a roof replacement for one of Central's properties. It was a pleasure working with Jennifer Hobbs—her communication was excellent and made the entire process seamless. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we look forward to continuing this great partnership!

2nd time I’m being hired by this property management and what a smooth sailing.

Paying on time respectful communication I wish all of my property management clients were like that.

And I would like to point out Jennifer Hobbs for being super prompt and professional with her communication!

We are a couple living abroad, and we're grateful to have found Central Properties Management to manage our two rental properties. It is reassuring to know that CPM is looking out for our best interests while going out of the way to maintain a great working relationship with our renters. In the end everyone wins.

Over more than a decade, Ben Sliwka has done a superb job managing our rental properties. He is an expert at marketing homes to their best advantage. Better yet, he keeps them rented by making renters truly feel at home and quickly resolving any issues, big or small. Ben even makes the record keeping easy! He's the best property manager in the DMV by a long shot.

Ben and his team are top notch. When there's an issue, he personally makes sure it is remedied and often has to make decisions on the spot, which has been invaluable.
If I had to sum up the management in a word, I would say - Competent. It's been a great, stress-free, experience!
My thanks to the team.
