As your property manager, we create a “buffer” between you and the tenants. You don’t receive the calls and emails with questions, maintenance issues or requests. Detailed Accounting
Accounting can be an important activity when it comes to real estate management. We will track your expenses and your income on your property that you are renting and/or leasing. We collect rent, necessary fees, and will pay repairs directly from your account. At the end of each month, you will receive a direct deposit of your net rent and a comprehensive statement that outlines the activity of your property. In addition to this, we provide end-of-year reporting and a 1099 for use in your tax preparation.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO EVICT A TENANT?
​Eviction, as a last resort, is a slightly different process in each jurisdiction. By the time you reach this stage, all efforts at bringing a tenant current or into compliance have been exhausted. You will want a landlord/tenant attorney experienced in your jurisdiction who will guide you through the judicial steps and filings. Sometimes, the initiating of the process by an attorney is enough motivation to a tenant. We know and have worked alongside a few. In concert with your attorney, we will consult with you through the process.
