Ben Sliwka, Owner & Principal Broker
Central Properties Management was born as a division of Central Properties in January 2011 and matured exclusively through client referrals over the following decade. In late-2020, CPM spun off of Central Properties to become its own autonomous unit and has continued to grow alongside its brother-company to today and into the distant future.
Owned and managed by Ben Sliwka, CPM continues its mission of providing concierge-level property management services throughout Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland.
With a degree in accounting from Syracuse University, Ben enjoyed a diverse background including CPA Firms, Pension Administration Firms, Regional Banking Compliance, Officer and non-Officer Director roles on not-for-profit Boards and Securities Brokerage Principal, ultimately helping co-found Central Properties as its COO. He brought this unusual background into the regional property management market in 2011 and serves CPM’s clients with a broad-based knowledge of our client’s needs and goals for their property, whether it is a long-loved family home, a new investment property among several, or a home you will only be away from for a couple of years. We have personally experienced each of these circumstances.
Born in Washington, D.C. at Sibley Memorial and raised in Virginia and Upstate New York, he is a recent empty-nester with children in Breckenridge, CO and Albany, NY.
